Hair Policy

PROCESSING POLICY

 Glamm Perfect's business hours:

9:00am to 7:00pm PST Monday through Friday.

9:00am to 5:00pm PST Saturday.

There is a 3 day processing time, once your order is received.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping takes 3-5 business days (not including holidays). We do not ship orders over the weekend. Orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped out Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Please be sure that you agree with this wait time before placing your order.

     

**NOTE: During Sales and Promotions shipping may be prolonged up to 3 additional business days. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

WE WILL ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY IF THEY ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION FROM THE MANUFACURER!

The hair has to be in its original packaging. Under no circumstances will we accept any hair back if alterations or changes have been made to the hair once it has left our store. The hair cannot be altered in any manner. This includes dying, cutting, and chemically processing the hair. You will have 3 days, from the day you receive the hair to exchange it.

**NOTE: Customer responsible for return shipping cost. 

**NOTE: Our products are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with                             the unused product and you wish to exchange, please contact us.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately in regards to receiving a replacement. If a replacement is not acceptable, you have the right to terminate the sale and we will refund the amount in which you have paid (excluding shipping cost).
